2. What HeyTimi Does

HeyTimi is a wellness and lifestyle application designed to help users organize and better understand their hormone health through symptom tracking, habit tracking, medication reminders, educational content, and personalized wellness insights.

HeyTimi is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following information.

Account Information

When you create an account, we may collect:

  • Authentication provider (Apple, Google, or Email)

If you choose Sign in with Apple, we only receive the information Apple shares with us.

Health & Wellness Information

You choose what information to record inside HeyTimi.

Apple Health data is used only to provide wellness features inside HeyTimi.

Apple Health information is never used for advertising and is never sold.

You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through your device settings.

Usage Information

  • Time zone
  • Anonymous usage statistics
  • Crash reports

  • Performance diagnostics

This helps us improve reliability and performance.

Subscription Information

Subscriptions are processed through Apple.

We do not receive your payment card information.

We may receive subscription status information through RevenueCat in order to:

  • Unlock premium features
  • Verify subscription status

  • Restore purchases

  • Apple (authentication, subscriptions, Apple Health integration)
  • Google (authentication, if selected)
  • RevenueCat (subscription management)

These providers may process information only to provide services on our behalf.

7. Data Storage

Your information is securely stored using Supabase.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide the Services or comply with legal obligations.

When you delete your account, your personal information and wellness records are permanently deleted from our systems, except where retention is required by applicable law.

9. Deleting Your Account

You may delete your account at any time.
To delete your account:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Once confirmed:

  • Your account has been permanently deleted.
  • Your wellness records are deleted.
  • Your reminders are removed.
  • Your profile information is erased.

  • Your synced data stored by HeyTimi has been removed.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. You must manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access your information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information
  • Request a copy of your information
  • Restrict certain processing

  • Withdraw consent where applicable

11. Children’s Privacy

HeyTimi is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from young children.
