Delete Your HeyTimi Account

At HeyTimi, we believe your data belongs to you. If you no longer wish to use the app, you can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is simple and can be done directly within the HeyTimi app.

  1. Open HeyTimi.
  2. Sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.
  3. Go to Profile.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. Select Delete Account.
  6. Read the confirmation message carefully.
  7. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request is processed immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Deleting your account permanently removes your HeyTimi account and associated data from our systems.

This includes:

  • Your profile information
  • Daily check-ins
  • Symptoms and wellness logs
  • Menstrual cycle history
  • Medication and supplement reminders
  • Meal plans and saved recipes
  • Doctor visit summaries
  • AI-generated wellness insights
  • App preferences and settings
  • Any other personal information stored within HeyTimi

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Subscription Information

Deleting your HeyTimi account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.

Subscriptions are managed by Apple and must be cancelled separately.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Subscriptions.
  4. Choose HeyTimi.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription (if applicable).

You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, subject to Apple’s subscription policies.

Can I Recover My Account?

No.

Once your account has been deleted, all associated data is permanently removed and cannot be restored.

If you decide to use HeyTimi again in the future, you will need to create a new account and start with a fresh profile.
