Welcome to HeyTimi, a mobile application owned and operated by Nortform Studio (“Nortform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HeyTimi mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, downloading, or using HeyTimi, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. About HeyTimi
HeyTimi is a wellness and lifestyle application designed to help users organize, track, and better understand hormone health through symptom tracking, cycle tracking, medication reminders, educational content, healthy habit monitoring, and personalized wellness insights.
HeyTimi is intended to support self-management and organization. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Eligibility
To use HeyTimi, you must:
- Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country.
- Have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
- Provide accurate and current account information.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your Account
You may create an account using:
- Sign in with Apple
- Google Sign-In
- Email and password
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Subscriptions
HeyTimi offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchases.
Premium features may include, but are not limited to:
- Advanced wellness insights
- Unlimited reports
- Meal planning features
- Premium educational content
- Additional personalization
- Future premium features
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting your HeyTimi account does not automatically cancel your Apple subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies.
5. Free Trial
HeyTimi may offer a free trial for eligible users.
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the trial expires.
Eligibility for future free trials is determined by Apple and may vary.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use HeyTimi for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the application except as permitted by law.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Access another person’s account without authorization.
- Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Health Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you choose to record in HeyTimi.
Information generated by the app is based on your own entries and is intended solely for informational and organizational purposes.
HeyTimi does not verify the accuracy of information you enter.
8. Medical Disclaimer
HeyTimi is not:
- A medical device
- A healthcare provider
- A diagnostic tool
- A treatment service
- An emergency service
The Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Any insights, reminders, summaries, or pattern observations are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concern.
Never ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information provided by HeyTimi.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
9. AI-Powered Insights
HeyTimi may analyze the information you choose to log to provide personalized observations and wellness insights.
These insights are generated automatically based on your recorded data.
They are intended to help you recognize trends and prepare for conversations with healthcare professionals.
They should never be interpreted as medical diagnoses, predictions, or treatment recommendations.
10. Intellectual Property
All content within HeyTimi, including but not limited to:
- The HeyTimi name
- Logos
- Branding
- User interface
- Design
- Graphics
- Text
- Software
- Source code
- Features
is owned by Nortform Studio or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
11. Privacy
Your use of HeyTimi is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
12. Availability
We strive to keep the Services available at all times.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may suspend, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nortform Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Health-related decisions made based on information within the app
- Device or software issues
Your use of HeyTimi is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nortform Studio, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Services.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your violation of applicable laws or the rights of others.
15. Termination
You may stop using HeyTimi at any time.
You may permanently delete your account through the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if continued access could harm the Services or other users.
Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify users within the app.
Your continued use of HeyTimi after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Nortform Studio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Where required by applicable consumer protection laws, users may also benefit from mandatory rights available in their country of residence.
